The budget for Burj Dubai is US$4.1 billion and the main contractors are Samsung, Besix, Arabtec and Turner with Emaar as the developer. Its architect is Adrian Smith and Skidmore, Owings and Merril is the architecture and engineering firm in charge of the project.
